Terms of Service

Effective date: November 5, 2026.

These terms govern use of the Smart Adam Studio Uploader and Smart Adam Studio Analytics applications (the “Apps”), operated by Smart Adam KZ LLP (ТОО «Smart Adam KZ», BIN 200140002605), trading as Smart Adam Studio, office 76, 84/2 Karmysov St, Medeu district, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. Authorized studio use

The Apps are for authorized studio staff working with the studio's own channel and content. Users must hold the necessary permissions and comply with applicable law, copyright and platform rules. Do not share passwords, attempt unauthorized access or use the Apps with unrelated accounts.

Google and YouTube

By using the Apps, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how data obtained through YouTube API Services is handled. Google and YouTube are independent services; their names do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Permissions

You choose whether to authorize Google access and may revoke it at any time in Google Account permissions. The Uploader publishes only content produced by the studio, under decisions of studio staff. The Analytics app has read-only access.

Availability and responsibility

Uploads and reports may be delayed, unavailable or incomplete. The Apps do not guarantee views, revenue, monetization approval or uninterrupted access. Service may be suspended if access is revoked, a security concern arises or a platform restriction applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Charges, law and contact

The Apps are not sold to the public and no fee is charged for them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Support and complaints: smartadam012@gmail.com.
