Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 5, 2026.

This policy covers the Smart Adam Studio Uploader and Smart Adam Studio Analytics applications (together, the “Apps”), operated by Smart Adam KZ LLP (ТОО «Smart Adam KZ», BIN 200140002605), trading as Smart Adam Studio, office 76, 84/2 Karmysov St, Medeu district, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. Who uses the Apps

The Apps are private studio tools. Only authorized studio staff connect them, and only to the studio's own YouTube channel. The Apps do not offer public sign-up and do not access other people's accounts or channels.

Information the Apps access

The Apps do not request Google email addresses, contacts or individual viewer identities. YouTube Analytics data is aggregate and does not identify individual viewers. We never need your Google password.

How information is used

We use this information only to publish the studio's own videos, review how the studio's content performs, plan future studio content, maintain access and investigate technical failures. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, credit or lending decisions, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

Sharing and service providers

Access is limited to authorized studio personnel and the providers needed for the features above. Data is not published on this website.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect security. A transfer connected with a sale of the business is made only with the consent and safeguards required by Google's policies.

Storage and security

Google API traffic uses HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on a studio-controlled computer, under a restricted Windows service account, and never in these public pages. Reports and databases are kept on studio-controlled storage and encrypted backups. Access is limited to authorized studio operations. No system is perfectly secure.

Retention and deletion

Stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days unless the authorization remains valid and the data is still needed for the purposes above. We do not keep API data indefinitely.

To request deletion of stored data and the associated tokens, email smartadam012@gmail.com and identify the channel. We delete the associated stored API data, including copies and backups under our control, as soon as possible and within 7 days of the request. If access is revoked, associated API data is deleted within 30 days. Deleting our copies does not delete videos on YouTube.

Revoking access

You can revoke the Apps' access at any time in Google Account permissions.

This website

These static pages contain no advertising, tracking cookies or sign-in forms. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard connection logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security and operation, and may add its cookieless Web Analytics script, which reports aggregate page views and performance without identifying visitors.

Google and YouTube policies

The Apps use YouTube API Services. See the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.

The Apps' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
